    great bang for the buck!

i got the open box version, and honestly the price for having a 6 month warranty and the features it has is amazing. overall im incredibly happy, have found RK to be really friendly lovely people!
    here's an unnecessarily detailed review:
    *things i love*
    - it has 3 and 5 pin hotswap sockets!
    - it is backlight single colour and has adjustable brightness!
    - love how reds feel. very smooth and light and linear, feels like typing on a cloud. the lighter actuation force is definitely my thing.
    - switchable wired and wireless modes was a highly important feature to me. got it paired to 3 devices (chromebook, desktop and android phone) no problem, works flawlessly
    - it switches between the paired devices instantaneously
    - battery life seems to be really good so far!
    - im adjusting to the layout and key feel really quickly. right out of the box i beat my previous typing speed by 10wpm with no adjustment even
    - it's USB C and i think it can operate in wireless mode while plugged in to charge, both of which are epic
*things that im on the fence about/need to find out*
    - its not that loud that i have an issue using it in my room but it is loud in a silent library lolol
    - how easy it is to take apart and mod it
    things i dont love
    - backlight colour is blue :(
    - the keycaps are not really it
    - the switches it came with are not very tightly manufactured so everything is kind of wobbly and a bit scratchy and hollow sounding. but it is incredibly cheap so i cant even complain
    - there appears to be a 45ms delay in bluetooth wireless mode, so not ideal for use in wireless mode for gaming, but i don't do that anyway

overall i'm loving it and found it to be great value and a really good first entry mechanical keyboard. i'm very excited to start modding and using it more!
