It's not bad

I own 2 RK84 keyboards, and I've been very pleased by how they look, sound and game. But the only reason I'm giving a 5 star review is because of the price. My first keyboard started showing its weakness after about a year, the battery started to not hold charge for more than a day of gaming, where when it was brand new it could stay on for at least a week. Thankfully the RK support team were very helpful and understanding about my problem and helped sort things out. Again, the keyboard is very nice and doesnt neceserally feel cheap, there is no major delay when used with the dongle (I wouldn't recommend bluetooth for gaming), I've used them wireless in competitive shooters and singleplayer type of games and I dont have any complains about the performance, but if it wasn't for the affordable price it would've ranked lower because of the battery issue.

Its an excelent keyboard. it is perfect for gaming, except for the fact that it has just a little bit of delay when pressing the keys. The RGB is excelent, i love it very much, especially since you can change the order, colors, etc.

RK84 Brown Switches

Bought the model with brown switches, worked reliably for almost 2 years. Good for everyday typing and gaming. Unfortunately, it has some battery issues now but overall, a good keyboard with a solid build quality.

Wrong Product, Missing Parts, Dented Box, Cosmetic Damage, No Reply

Bought this in early Oct 2025. Product which arrived was an RK71, not the RK84 which I had ordered. The keycap puller and 2.4 GHz dongle were missing. The box was severely damaged on one end. The bottom row of keys showed signs of cosmetic damage. The worst part was no reply from Royal Kludge, only back-and-forth referrals between two e-mail addresses. I ended up buying an RK84 from Amazon, with no issues, but the single star is for my unresolved return for the first order. BUY FROM AMAZON, NOT FROM RK.
