I ordered the N80 low profile keyboard but there was a hardware issue and the #5 key wouldn’t work at all. Since it was still under warranty, they promptly sent me a replacement. Great customer service and as for the keyboard it works great also.

The s98 is an amazing keyboard with a quality and satisfying feel to it. Customer service was great and efficient when I needed to change my delivery address. Overall I recommend RK as a serious brand to consider for a gaming keyboard

Ordered the RK R65 a couple days ago, the support team answered really fast my confusions on what layout I will receive. I got the QWERTY Layout which is exactly what I wanted. Keyboard sounds great, feels great, all at a reasonably cheap price, will buy more from them in the future, and recommend anyone who is looking to buy a cheap mechanical Keyboard to check out Royal Kludge as they're very professional and have extremely fast delivery.
