Nice keyboard, but not for Macs

This is a lovely solid keyboard, and the beige switches are my ideal. But I cannot get the number lock to work on MacOS, either on 2.4GHz, or BT, or wired. It does work on Windows! On the RK support site it only recognises the keyboard whne it is in 2.4GHz connection, and offers no firmware update. When I tried to fill in the form to contact support at RK, the F99 does not appear in the drop down list, and so I cannot send a support request. This is really disaapointing as the RK M70 works perfectly on Mac, so I am at a loss as to why the F99 does not.
