Hardware and Software quality TERRIBLE!!

While cleaning the keyboard for the first time some of the keys broke with a very gentile pressure. The support team didn't help and they don't even sell any replacement key caps!
The software doesn't recognize my device and I can't activate SOSD. Horrible experience overall!!

j'aime le clavier il a tout des specificités que j'attendais mais petit point que je n'ai pas aimé c'est le bruit un peu aigu des touches et l'absence de RGB sur les touches et non pas juste sur les cotés. Car, dans le noir complet on ne distingue pas les touches ! hormis cela il est vraiment génial je le recommande ! j'ai du coup changé mes switch par des Jade dragon de chez Gateron plus feutré et de meilleure fabrique
