Customers must be an RK Royal Kludge Club Member at the time of purchase to qualify for the extended holiday return policy. Join for FREE and earn points on every purchase!

Open-box items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items must be brand-new and unworn with tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to inspect and reject any return if the items are not in their original condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return products you are unsatisfied with.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund or replacement.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rkgaming.com or submit a request through your account.
We recommend contacting our support team before initiating a return to ensure the fastest resolution.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- All returned items must be in original condition, unused, and include all accessories and original packaging
- Returns without original packaging may not be accepted
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- Each order is eligible for one return request only
- Duplicate or repeated submissions for the same order are not permitted
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse, abuse, or excessive return activity
Return Defective or Wrong Items
To report a damaged or wrong item, please use the following process:
1) Contact our Customer Care team via email support@rkgaming.com.
2) Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged or wrong item(s) and your order number associated with the items in question.
Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
*All open-box products are in original condition and covered with 6-month warranty. Final Sale, no exchange or return for any reasons unless claiming a warranty.
When will a replacement be sent?
Replacements are treated the same way as those of new orders -- they typically arrive in 7 to 14 days. If a product needs to be returned for replacement, the replacement is sent after receiving the returned item.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
It may take 1 or 2 weeks for your return to reach our warehouse. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
