Warranty Period

Products purchased from rkgamingstore.com will come with a one-year warranty period.

Orders placed during April 2026 (excluding open-box products) will be eligible for an extended 6-month warranty, providing a total warranty period of 18 months.

*All open-box RK products are in original condition and covered by a 6-month warranty.

*RK members are eligible for an additional 6-month warranty extension as part of their membership benefits.
