Terrible - Completely Faulty Keyboard (Do NOT Recommend)

I bought an RK85 75% Wireless Mechanical Keyboard. The one with the blue backlight. It was terrible out of the box. It was unusable, and I've since just purchased a more premium Razer Huntsman keyboard instead. My Royal Kludge keyboard would have 3 to 5 minutes sequences at random intervals where every key press was basically a 5% chance of working properly, 55% chance of not registering at all, and a 40% chance of registering 2 to 3 times. It was impossible to type a single sentence or play any game when this happened. I'm currently using a random $10 membrane keyboard while I wait for my Razer Huntsman. I contacted RK customer support asking for a refund since it was within the 30 day policy and they dodged that request while asking for information to send a replacement. It's now been about two days since my last communication from them. Terrible product and shady customer support. Do not buy this keyboard.
